As we prepare to launch our process for hiring a new Superintendent at Dearborn Heights School District 7, we'd like to hear from you about the traits, skills, qualities, and characteristics that you'd like to see in our next Superintendent.
To gather your input and feedback, we are using a new tool called ThoughtExchange. All of our voices and experiences matter, so your participation is crucial and valued.

You can rate as many thoughts as you’d like before moving on to view the results sorted by the average star rating.

You can come back as often as you'd like to participate and, in fact, we ask that you do come back to rate some of the new ideas shared since you first participated. The ratings will help us understand what is most important to you as we begin the process of hiring a new Superintendent.
